Where are your products made?
We create all our pieces in house, from the design, the cutting, sanding, painting…everything is created in our Little Big Workshop in Melbourne, Australia.
Do you make completely custom pieces?
We sure do! Send us an email or via our contact us page and let’s discuss your ideas and bring them to life.
There’s so many colours, how do I choose?
Not to worry! When you place your order, feel free to give us an idea of what colours you’d like. We’ll send your artwork with a few different colour options to choose from. We want you to love your custom piece and will make it just the way you want it.
Can I choose a different font than what’s on offer?
Let us know if there’s another font you would prefer. We can offer you a number of different font options on your artwork draft. Don’t worry, we are flexible with our designs and will work with you to have it perfect.
Shipping info
We charge flat rate shipping for the following total shipping weights:
– under 500g $11.00
– 500g to 2kg $15.00
– 2kg+ $20
We use courier companies: Sendle, Couriers Please and Aramex Couriers to deliver our parcels. If you would like us to use Australia Post, please let us know. Due to the size of our height rulers, these cannot be shipped by Australia Post.
If you would like the parcel left at your front door, please let us know in the comments upon checkout.
Shipping times are out of our hands, but generally take 1-4 days to most metro areas. During peak seasons like the Christmas period, couriers and Australia post experience higher than normal delays.
We will send you shipping information once your order has been completed. Please contact the courier directly to track your parcel. Thank you in advance for your patience. We are not liable for missing packages once the courier has picked up the goods. If you would like insurance on your shipping to cover damages or losses, please advise us and we can arrange it.
Do you ship internationally?

Returns Policy
We have a strict no returns policy with any personalised and custom products. We will not accept the return of items that are deemed to be ‘change of mind’.
How do I hang my plaque?
Wooden Plaques: We place two triangle hooks at the back of all wooden round plaques. We suggest using framing wire or strong string connecting the two hooks and then hang on a wall hook.
Acrylic Name Plaques: We recommend using 3M foam mounting tape or 3M picture hanging strips. They’re made to be removable so it shouldn’t damage the walls. When removing, please be careful as acrylic is very fragile.
How do I look after my product?
Little Big Workshop products come without a warranty. We encourage you to follow the product care guidelines received with your package and listed on our website, to ensure longevity of your Little Big Workshop product. Please keep your Little Big Workshop product out of reach of children to ensure the best care for them. Our items can be delicate and must be handled carefully.
We recommend that you hang your Little Big Workshop product with velcro or picture frame hooks by the appropriate weight, however we do not take responsibility for the secure hanging or display of your products. We also suggest that signs are not hung above cots, beds or within reach of children.
Timber Care: Little Big Workshop uses high quality birch plywood and/or MDF, varnished on all sides to minimise damage caused by scratches and environmental factors. The timber may develop naturally over time and will age well if handled with care. Clean with a lightly damp cloth if needed and follow with a dry cloth immediately. Signs are intended for indoor use only, do not submerge in water.
Acrylic Care: Whilst acrylic is beautiful in it’s smooth and shiny nature, it is highly fragile and susceptible to breakage and scratches. Clean by blowing away debris and lightly blot blemishes with a premium microfibre cloth with soapy water and do not apply too much pressure.
Puzzle Care: Little Big Workshop uses quality plywood and/or MDF. Pieces are varnished to minimise damage caused by scratches and environmental factors. Little Big Workshop puzzles are hand made and painted, and whilst we take extra care to protect the pieces, the puzzles may wear with hard play or over time.
