The promoter is Little Big Workshop, whose registered address is at 15 Colonsay Rd Springvale VIC 3171.
Employees of Little Big Workshop, family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for the entry which they submit, including any entry content (such as text, images, photos and videos) and any accompanying comments (Submission). The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such Submission to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promoter may remove any Submission without notice for any reason whatsoever. Entrants warrant and agree that:
(a) they will not submit any Submission that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that the Promoter could reasonably deem to be in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 15, or otherwise unsuitable for publication;
(b) they will obtain prior written consent from any person that appears or is personally identifiable in their Submission;
(c) they will obtain full prior written consent from any person who has jointly created or has any rights in the Submission to the uses and terms herein;
(d) their Submission does not contain viruses or will not cause injury or harm to any person or entity; and
(e) they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems.

Closing date for entry will be 10/07/2019 at 6pm AEST. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Entrants must ensure that their profile settings on Instagram are set to public. Any entry using a private profile setting will be ineligible to enter the Competition. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
There will be a single prize winner, who will receive one 55cm round sign of their choice and design. The winner may choose a smaller sign if requested.
Multiple entries by the same person are permitted but each entry must be unique.
Little Big Workshop reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible, by the promoter.
Little Big Workshop is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winner will be chosen by the Little Big Workshop Judging Panel on the 11/7/19 and announced on the same day. Competition is restricted to Australian residents only.
The winner will be notified by receiving a private message on their account on Instagram entry and a comment on their post. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 1 business day of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name on an announcement post and use of the nursery image on Instagram if Little Big Workshop decides to do a post. We request that a follow up photo of the sign in the nursery be shared with us for a repost.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
